powerd on FreeBSD

Using powerd to control the CPU speed automatically on FreeBSD.

1.) Insert the following line into /etc/rc.conf:

powerd_enable="YES"

2.) Run /etc/rc.d/powerd start:

# /etc/rc.d/powerd start
